Develop the Learning Plan for the year in concert with the Goals
and Objectives of the President and Board, including: 9 – 10
Chapter Meetings, Bonus Sessions, Speakers College and any other
special professional development events (i.e. the Speakathon)

Serve
as Master of Ceremonies for all chapter meetings
-
Recruit and train Professional Development Committee
-
Research, contact and book speakers for chapter meetings.

Oversee meeting execution from volunteers, including: Meeting
Liaison, Meeting Atmosphere Volunteer, Ambassador Volunteer,
Prof Dev Committee and Board.

Coordinate with the following: Hotel Liaison, Audio Visual
Volunteer and Timer Sponsor Liaison, Greeters, Registration,
Tape Library Volunteer and the Board.

Plan
the Social Dinner the night before the Chapter Meeting (secure
location, send invitations, pay for speakers’ meals)

Get
recap of evaluations in a timely manner and report to the Board
at the next Board meeting for learning feedback and changes
needed

Sign
off on speakers expenses and send to Treasurer

Send
thank you letter to speakers

Serve
on the Executive Committee and report to President

Assist
the President as needs arise
