NSA/CO Audio/Visual Committee

The NSA/CO chapter meetings make every attempt to utilize state of the art sound and visual media in presenting a high quality professional meeting. The audio/visual coordination effort and equipment is not run by a professional meeting planner or audio visual vendor, but by a committee of NSA/CO members who have a desire to learn the intricacies of A/V mixing equipment and who dedicate their time to learn to run the media equipment and to coordinate the A/V effort at each of the monthly chapter meetings.

If you would like to volunteer to be a member of the Audio/Visual committee,
please contact the current Audio/Visual Committee Chairperson.

Committee Requirements

  • Commit to attending a majority of the monthly chapter meetings
  • Be present before, during and after the chapter meetings to set-up, run, and tear down the sound and media equipment.
  • Commit to learning how to use the equipment by attending a committee orientation
  • Coordinate with the Vide President of Professional Development regarding the needs of the audio visual needs of the presenters at each chapter meeting.
