NSA Colorado’s next monthly meeting will open with a Working Matters panel discussion that you won’t want to miss… if you’re going to be out of town, perhaps one of your NSA buddies can take notes for you?
Yes, it’s going to be that useful!
NSA Colorado’s panel of experts is about to demystify the one thing you simply cannot do without in this digital day and age: Internet Marketing.
Of course you already have a professional speaker’s website that showcases your strengths as a keynote speaker, consultant or trainer. It might be beautifully designed, packed with videos and useful information. It might have eye catching visuals and compelling copy.
But if prospective clients never manage to find it… need we say more?
Just having a website is no longer enough. With all the competition, you need to have a site that comes up on the first page of a Google search, under the search terms you want to rank for – otherwise you run the risk of never being found online at all. And if the preceding sentence was Greek to you, all the more reason to be in attendance for this particular panel.
We invite you to come pick our panelists’ brains. Our Working Matters panel consists of:
Heather Lutze, founder of The Findability Group and author of The Findability Formula: The Easy, Non-Technical Approach to Search Engine Marketing and Thumbonomics: The Essential Business Roadmap for Social Media & Mobile Marketing. Heather’s “can do” content offers actionable ideas that make sense – ideas you can put to work today to attract more leads, convert more customers, and make more money.
Steve Spangler, the Emmy award-winning journalist and entrepreneur who teaches people how to create unforgettable learning experiences that spread like a virus. (Just ask the people who make Mentos and Diet Coke!) Steve presents finds creative ways to make learning fun – and to become a memorable, in-demand speaker.
Viveka von Rosen, known internationally as the “LinkedIn Expert.” Viveka speaks on the benefits of marketing with social media, and is the author of LinkedIn Marketing: An Hour a Day. She has been listed on two of Forbes’ Most influential People lists. Viveka hosts the largest LinkedIn chat on Twitter (#LinkedInChat), one of the top 10 business chats.
It’s easy for professional speakers to focus all their efforts on perfecting their craft and developing training materials. But a little internet marketing savvy and social media smarts can go a long way to ensure that you are fully booked to give those inspiring, carefully crafted, painstakingly practiced and well thought out talks and trainings.
So please join us! This meeting will happen Friday (not Saturday), Nov. 9th, with the Working Matters Panel starting promptly at 12:15pm. Our featured presenter, Neen James, will take the stage to talk about another hot topic, “thought leadership” at 1:30. Check out Neen’s invitation to her talk: Neen James Shares Thought Leadership With NSA Colorado Nov 9th 2012.
