Which means that whether you need to fill a dozen slots at your annual conference or you need someone for your organization’s monthly meeting, you’ll find the right people here. And since all our speakers are local, you’ll save hundreds (even thousands) of dollars on travel expenses!

Two Ways to Find Speakers
For your convenience, we’ve given you two different ways of finding speakers, depending on your needs. You can use our Speaker Directory to conduct a traditional speaker search by name or by keywords. Or with our Speaker Request System, just type in a few details about your event and qualified candidates will come to you!

Speaker Directory
Our Speaker Directory lists every Member of NSA/CO, including their photo, contact information and website link. A Member is a speaker who meets the National Speakers Association requirement of delivering at least 20 paid presentations a year and agrees to abide by NSA’s Code of Professional Ethics.

If you’re looking for a particular name, just click on the appropriate letter above the listings. If you can’t remember the name, but know you’ll recognize the person when you see them, just browse through the pages until you spy the correct photo.

Alternatively, you can search by keyword. For example, enter a topic (sales, leadership, relationships, etc.) in the “Enter your search terms” box, click the “Search” button and the search engine will show you every speaker with expertise on that topic. (You can also use the “Keyword Search” box on the listings pages.) With more than 100 Members in our chapter, you’ll have plenty of candidates to select from.

Please note that, per NSA policy, our Affiliates are not included in our Speaker Directory. An NSA/CO Affiliate is a speaker who does not yet meet NSA’s minimum paid presentations requirement. While not as seasoned as our Members, many Affiliates are very good speakers and they may have the unique content and experience that will make your event a smash hit! (Affiliates also tend to have lower fees than Members, something to consider as you do your budgeting.)

To tap into our Affiliates (as well as most of our Members), you’ll want to use the Speaker Request System.

Speaker Request System
To use this free service, just go to the Speaker Request page and enter the details about your event in the appropriate fields. Your request will immediately be e-mailed to all Members and Affiliates who have elected to receive these notices. Speakers who feel they may be a good fit for your event will then contact you directly.

This process allows interested speakers to narrow your search for you by considering your search criteria, their availability, the fee involved and other factors. To save yourself even more time, please fill out as many fields in the request form as you can. The more thorough and specific you are, the more qualified your responses will be.

If you’re exclusively seeking the most experienced speakers, you may prefer to use the traditional approach of searching within our Directory, since some Members may not have elected to receive the system’s e-mails. However, our Speaker Request System can help you find a number of great speakers quickly, saving you tremendous amounts of time and stress. It’s especially useful if you need to fill several programs, are under a deadline or have a limited (or non-existent) budget.

We encourage you to thoroughly interview any and all potential speakers and review their collateral materials to ensure they’re the right fit for your event. Ask what their policies are should you not be satisfied with their performance, or conversely, if your event is canceled or rescheduled.
