NSA Colorado’s 2010-2011 monthly meeting calendar kicks off on Saturday, September 11, 2010. The half-day meeting starts at 8:00 a.m. with an exciting array of programming. The final hour will feature Scott “Q” Marcus with an engaging presentation on an interactive audience technique called “Sculpting.” He will conduct two sculpting sessions, a 75-minute overview at the end of the morning, plus an optional (no extra fee!) workshop for 2-3 hours in the afternoon.

Guests and New Members Coffee

This meeting is for you if:

• You are considering making speaking a full-time job and would like a better understanding of how NSA can help you achieve that goal
• Speaking is a significant part of your business  and you are considering joining NSA for education, networking, and business opportunities.
• You have just joined NSA and would like to learn more about what to expect
• You’re curious about our organization, and you want to find out more

What you can expect:

• Tamara Kleinberg, board member and VP of membership, will lead a conversation about NSA Colorado
• Honest, straightforward answers to all your questions about speaking, topics, the state of the industry, and how to reach your speaking goals
• “Spirit of Cavett Ambassadors” will be clearly identified. In the spirit of NSA’s founder Cavett Robert, our Ambassadors will help you acclimate to the meeting, while introducing you to colleagues and friends
• After the meeting, we’ll follow up to answer any questions and talk about what’s right for you

Logistics:

• The Guests and New Members Coffee begins promptly at 7:45 a.m. in the main event room
• Look for our Welcome Sign and for Tamara Kleinberg, VP of Membership
• Please arrive on time so that we can get to know you and better understand your needs and objectives

Investment:

• Guests – $50 by Early Bird Deadline, $65 afterward.
• Affiliates – $40 by Early Bird Deadline, $55 afterward.
• Members/Spouses/Staff – $30 by Early Bird Deadline, $45 afterward.
