NSA Colorado Members Help Abused and Neglected Children Through Tennyson Center

This holiday season, join NSA Colorado in helping abused and neglected children with support to the Tennyson Center.

Colorado is number three in the country for children dying from child abuse.  Tennyson Center for Children is the state’s largest residential treatment center for abused and neglected children in Colorado.   Their dedicated staff of teachers and counselors work 24/7 to make a difference in the lives of children.

There are three ways you can help:

#1:       Go on-line and donate dollars to the center.   www.childabuse.org/nsaco Your donations will help feed, clothe and provide housing to children that got a bad break by having poor parents.   They still need money and gifts for Christmas.  Consider giving a gift in honor of a fellow speaker!

#2:       Bring your donation to the January 14, 2012 Meeting.  (Stop drinking Starbucks for two months and donate the savings!) Or, Click Here to print and send your donation to:  Colleen Stanley,  355 Union Blvd.  #300 Lakewood, CO 80228.

#3:       Join NSA Colorado on February 7^th at the annual speech contest held at the Tennyson Center.   The kids love this program, as does the staff.  It is a real confidence and spirit booster.  Be a judge, be a member of the audience…just be there to show support.
