Meet Our Speaker
Dr. Shirley Davis, CSPÂ is a global workforce expert and master of reinvention. She has worked in over 30 countries across 5 continents and delivers 80+ speeches annually to leaders at all levels. As the former Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Workplace Strategies at SHRM, she brings decades of experience across industries.
A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Dr. Davis has been featured on NBC’s Today Show, NPR, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and more. She is the best-selling author of Reinvent Yourself and The Seat, and a contributor to LinkedIn Learning’s Inclusive Leadership course. She holds a Ph.D. in Business and Organization Management and multiple advanced degrees.
Her firm, SDS Global Enterprises, provides strategic solutions in leadership, DEI, and culture transformation. Based in Tampa Bay, SDS works with clients worldwide, including in Canada, South Africa, Europe, Latin America, and beyond.
