The Humor Detector
The Humor Detector: A Quick Start Guide is a highly entertaining, content-rich presentation
designed specifically for speakers.
Â
Audience attention spans drain faster than a MacBook battery that’s running Google
Chrome with 20 tabs open. But when you connect with the audience, you are the charger that makes them engage. And every time you connect with HUMOR, you are super-charging your audience’s attention spans.
In “The Humor Detector: A Quick Start Guide,” Hollywood Showrunner and Comedy Writer
Chris McGuire will introduce YOUR “Humor Detector,” and how it can be used to identify
the possibilities for humor in your presentations. He’ll share how to use humor to quickly
connect, explain complex issues, increase likability for experts, and avoid the kind of
humor that will take your audience on a trip to “crazy town.”
